Intergovernmental Affairs Quarterly Call

The Office of Intergovernmental Affairs held its quarterly webinar briefing on Jan, 15, 2026 to share the latest updates and priorities from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The webinar highlighted potential ways in which we can work with partners to boost awareness of the FCC's ongoing work. The briefing featured updates on the FCC's efforts to fight illegal robocalls at every point of the call's journey, including proposed changes to improve caller identification information. Other topics included broadband labels, 9-1-1 services, and emergency alerting.
